The present petition under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 21 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "i) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents for deliberate and wilful non-compliance of the order dated 30.05.2025 passed in the W.P (C) bearing number 8074/2025. ii) Pass an order/direction directing the respondents/contemnors to implement the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 30.05.2025 passed in the W.P (C) bearing number 8074/2025.
iii) Pass any other order in the interest of justice." 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent appears on advance notice and submits that the aforesaid order has been complied with and a speaking order dated 04.07.2025 has been passed.
