The present application under Section 151 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "a. Permit the Petitioner to withdraw the instant Contempt Petition in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 13.11.2025 binding both the Petitioner and the Respondent No. 3 to the terms thereof· , Any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." The present petition under Sections 11/12 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers:- "a. Direct contempt proceedings against Respondent No. 1-3 and punish the Respondent No. 1-3 as per Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for wilful and intentional disobedience and violation of the Judgment dated 26.04.2024 issued by this Hon'ble Court in WP(C) No. 9900/2023 as well as Order dated 31.05.2024 in WP(C) No. 7369/2023; and Any other relief that the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant case." 5.
In view of the settlement dated 13.11.2025, as pointed out hereinabove, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. 6.
