The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks quashing of FIR No. 38/2025 registered under Section 7A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 61(2)/62 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at P.S. ACB. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the primary grievance prompting the filing of the present petition is the non-supply of a copy of the impugned FIR. It is stated that as per their instructions, the copy of the FIR was also not transmitted to the concerned Magistrate. Counsel further contends that the FIR has also not been uploaded on the official website of the Delhi Police.

the FIR has been transmitted to the concerned Magistrate under Section 176 of the BNSS. A copy of the FIR has also been handed over to the counsel for the Petitioner during the proceedings.

In light of the above, counsel for the Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present petitioner with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies as may be permissible under law having regard to the allegations made in the FIR.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 6.

The Court has not examined the merits of the case; all rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
