Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that on instructions the DDA is willing to handover the vacant possession of Plot No.64, Pocket-C4, Sector-34, Rohini, Delhi, in pursuance to the Rohini Residential Scheme, 1981, subject to verification of the payments and documents in this regard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents have already been submitted with the DDA along with receipts/payment schedules, which are otherwise also forming part of the writ petition.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is allowed and disposed of. Resultantly, the show cause notice dated 21.06.2016, and subsequent directions dated 25.08.2021 and 18.04.2023 are hereby quashed.

The respondent is further directed to allot and handover the vacant possession of the aforesaid plot to the petitioner on verification of the relevant documents and payments made thereupon, which are reflected at page 19 of the writ petition, within four weeks from today. 5.

The parties shall bear their own cost.
