O R D E R

% 24.01.2018 1) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Ms. Isha Khanna, learned counsel for the O.L. informs me that in Co.Pet.No.759/2015, the respondent company has already been ordered to be wound up. I am informed that via order dated 22nd May, 2017, Co.Pet.no.759/2015 was admitted and that the Official Liquidator (OL) attached to this court was appointed as the Provisional Liquidator. 2) In these circumstances, the captioned petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioning creditor to approach the O.L. with his claim. The petitioner will file his claim in the prescribed form (i.e. Form No.66) with the O.L. along with the original documents. 2.1) Needful will be done by the petitioner within six weeks from today.

3) The pending application will also stand disposed of. 4) The Registry will dispatch a copy of this order to the petitioning creditor without insistence of process fee.
