This petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.727/2016 under Sections 406/409/420,/20-B/174-A IPC registered at Police Station Saket basis settlement arrived at between the parties on 4th April 2024 basis an MOU dated 14th December 2017.

Petitioner, as also both the complainants being respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in the Court, all of them duly identified by the IO. 3.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 state that they have no objection to quashing of the aforementioned FIR, on the basis that they have got possession of the property as per settlement, and title has been transferred to them. 4.

Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. under Sections 406/409/420,/20-B/174-A IPC registered at Police Station Saket and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 5.
