% 07.03.2019 The petitioner's grievance is in relation to alleged encroachment on a public lane adjoining property bearing No. 54, Village Madangir, Delhi. 2.
All respondents in the matter are represented. 3.
Although respondent No. 4 had passed away and the petitioner had been directed to file an amended memo of parties impleading the legal heirs of the said respondent, in view of what is proposed, I do not consider it necessary to insist on filing of an amended memo of parties. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the Special Task Force set-up by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MHUA's) of the
Government of India vide Office Memorandums dated 25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018 issued under directions of the Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 4677/1985 titled M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India & Ors. 5.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
