Under challenge in this intra-Court appeal is an order dated 10.12.2024, passed by learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 2054/2024, whereby, the appellant/petitioner has been granted liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the Appellate Tribunal - Municipal Corporation Of Delhi ('AT-MCD') for redressal of his grievances.

In similar circumstances, this Court in LPA 506/2025, passed an order on 03.09.2025, and disposed of the appeal without interfering in the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The said order dated 03.09.2025 is based on an order of this Court passed in W.P.(C) 17747/2022, titled as Sh. S.S. Chouhan & Ors. v. Municipal Corporation of Delhi & Ors. 4.

order passed by the learned Single Judge which is under challenge before us, and further direct that if any such appeal is preferred by the appellant/petitioner before the AT-MCD, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law by the AT-MCD with due expedition, say within a period of 03 months from the date such an appeal is preferred. 5.

We further provide that delay, if any, in filing the appeal shall also be condoned by the AT-MCD, considering the nature of grievances raised by the appellant/petitioner.

Accordingly, the instant appeal stands disposed of along with pending applications.
