The present petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Counsel appears on behalf of the respondents on advance notice and supports the case of the petitioner.

Counsel for the parties submit that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal had otherwise expired on 18th August, 2025. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of six (6) months from today. 5.
