Mr. Harish Narasappa, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, after making a few submissions, submits that he be granted liberty to raise all his objections at an appropriate stage, and if such a liberty is granted, he, at this stage, would not like to press the instant petition. 2.

Having gone through the record, the Court finds that the submissions of Mr. Narasappa, learned senior counsel, seem to be reasonable. 3.

Accordingly, all rights and contentions of the petitioner stand reserved to be raised at an appropriate later stage. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition, at this stage, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
