% 06.02.2019 Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has arrived at a settlement with the respondent No.1-bank of the group account at Rs.65 crores. He further states that out of the said amount, 5% of the settlement amount, amounting to about Rs.3 Crores, has already been paid. He has tendered in Court the communication dated 08.01.2019 received from the respondent bank in this behalf. The same is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid, as prayed, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
