% 23.05.2017 Vide order of 15th October, 2015, last and final opportunity was granted to the parties to resolve the disputes. Thereafter, more than half a dozen adjournments have been taken and today, this Court is being informed that the settlement in principal has been arrived at and the modalities are to be worked out.
