The present petition for transfer of CR. Case No.1395/2017 titled State vs. Chandan Kumar Chaudhary, FIR No.779/2016, Police Station Neb Sarai has been instituted pursuant to the order passed by Registrar General of this Court dated 03rd September, 2025, in light of the order dated 28th August, 2025, passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, South District, Saket Courts, and the order dated 24th May, 2025, passed by Mr. Ashish Kumar Meena, JMFC-01, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Since, the above captioned matter requires inter-district transfer as the Special Court constituted for dealing with the cases of MPs/MLAs is housed at Rouse Avenue District Court, the CR. Case No.1395/2017 titled State vs. Chandan Kumar Chaudhary, FIR No.779/2016, P.S. pending adjudication before the court of Mr. Ashish Kumar Meena, JMFC01, South District, Saket Courts is transferred to the designated Court at Rouse Avenue District Court dealing with the cases of MPs/MLAs. Parties are directed to appear before the Transferee Court on 18th September, 2025. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. A copy of this order be sent immediately without any failure to Principal District and Sessions Judge, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi for necessary compliance.
