Instant petition is by the relations of the husband of R-2. They seek quashing of an FIR registered on the basis of a complaint made by the wife of the brother of petitioner No.1.

It appears that the dispute between the husband and the wife has been resolved amicably or through the Curt.

The disputes and differences between the couple relates to the year 2008.

Be that as it may since none appears for the petitioners the writ petition is dismissed in default.
