Petitioner is present along with counsel.

Since morning none has appeared on behalf of the respondent despite Passover.

She had also contacted Mr. Jitendra Bharti, Advocate who represented the respondent and appeared on the last date of hearing as well. She has been conveyed by Mr. Jitendra Bharti, Advocate that he has not received any instruction from the respondent in this matter. 4.
On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that she is the mother of the respondent. She has filed maintenance petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for claiming maintenance from her daughter who is married. As petitioner does not have sufficient means to support herself this revision petition was preferred against the respondent whereby the interim maintenance has been declined by Principal Judge, K.S. Mohi, Family Courts, Saket Courts.

The petitioner submits that the cost of `5,000/- imposed upon
respondent on 07.01.2015 which has also not been paid till date. At this stage, the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this revision petition to prove her case before the concerned Court by leading necessary evidence in the maintenance petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. 6.
This revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
