After some arguments, counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal, with liberty to take the pleas raised in the appeal before the Family Court where the divorce petition is pending. 3.

To be noted, the appellant has filed a divorce petition qua which, via the impugned order dated 17.08.2023, issues have been framed, while disposing of the respondent's application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
