Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-CBI submits that since the chargesheet has already been filed before the competent Court, therefore, the petitioner should have approached the concerned Court seeking the necessary permission. He, therefore, submits that the petition should be dismissed on that ground.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent-CBI should not be allowed to raise any objection regarding jurisdiction of the concerned Court in case, the petitioner approaches the said Court.
