O R D E R

The present petition inter-alia seeks the following prayers: "a. pass an appropriate order/ direction to the respondent no.1 Medical Commission of India to take immediate legal and disciplinary action against Dr. Gavinder, G.H. Hospital, Ballabhgarh, Haryana due to committed professional and medical misconduct. b. to pass an appropriate orders / directions considering the facts and circumstances of the case which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper to secure ends of justice accordingly and to direct to the respondents an appropriate compensation to the petitioner by the respondents."

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that, in respect of the same grievance/ cause of action, the petitioner's complaint is pending consideration by the Haryana Medical Council. As such, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition at this stage.
