The petitioner in the instant petition is seeking direction to Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to issue a duplicate SIM in the petitioner's correct name, as the Customer Application Form (CAF) erroneously recorded the name as "N.K. Sharma" instead of "Narender Kumar Sharma," 2.
During the course of submissions, it is seen that the only reason assigned by the petitioner not to approach the concerned Consumer Court is that the said authority will take a considerable amount of time to grant the petitioner the relief sought herein. The same cannot be the reason to entertain the instant petition.
