Counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3 informs that the claim of petitioner nos.2, 5 & 6 for being subjected to the survey will be considered, and an appropriate decision will be taken, as their application appears to be prior to the cut-off date i.e. 31st July 2025.

As such, we permit petitioner nos.2, 5 & 6 to appear before the Director (Enforcement) on 16th October 2025, with relevant documents supporting their claim.

communicate the decision taken within a period of 6 weeks thereafter. 4.

As regards the claim of other petitioners, it is borne out from the record that these petitioners had not applied for being subjected to the survey within the time stipulated i.e. prior to 31st July 2025. 5.

That being so, their claim moved in the present petition stands rejected, as the survey has already concluded. 6.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. 7.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 8.
