After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for appropriate relief/s. 2.

Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner also submits that the issue agitated by the petitioner in the present petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in Union of India and Ors. vs. Kamal Kishore., 2025:DHC:10041-DB. Let the said aspect be considered by the CAT as and when an appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms, with liberty to the petitioner to approach CAT for appropriate relief.
