After arguments this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the respondent/plaintiff will receive, in addition to the amount already received in this litigation, in full and final satisfaction of all disputes between the parties which is the subject matter of the present litigation, a sum of Rs.1,15,000/- as on the date this amount is deposited in this RFA in this Court by the appellant. On this amount of Rs.1,15,000/- whatever interest has accrued, because amount deposited by the appellant has been put in an FDR, will be for the benefit of the respondent and therefore the respondent will be paid a sum of Rs.1,15,000/- along with interest accrued thereon by the Registry of this Court within four weeks. The balance amount lying deposited in this court by the appellant along with accrued interest, being the difference between the amount deposited by the appellant in RFA 1/2006

this Court and the sum of Rs.1,15,000/- alongwith interest, be refunded to the appellant within four weeks.
