% 20.01.2020 This appeal was admitted on 17.05.2007. Since the respondents could not be served the matter was taken up on 06.08.2018 by the Registrar of this Court and later various efforts have been made to serve the respondents but was not served.

For the last four dates that is on 09.08.2019, 02.09.2019, 16.10.2019, 16.12.2019 none appeared on behalf of the appellant before the Registrar and as such the matter was listed before this Court.

Even today none is present on behalf of the appellant. It seems the appellant does not wish to pursue the appeal. The appeal stands dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
