% 14.11.2024 After making some submissions, Mr. Vikas Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail petition, with liberty to file afresh for the same relief before the appropriate court, as the petitioner may be advised, in accordance with law. Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned APP appearing for the State submits, that the complainant and 07 other public witnesses are yet to be examined before the learned trial court.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed-of as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh for the same relief before the appropriate court after the deposition of the complainant and all public witnesses is completed; without making any observations on the merits of the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
