% 12.11.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with the liberty to raise all the contentions before the Ld. Trial Court.

Liberty granted.

In view of the submissions made, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, Ld. Trial Court is requested to expedite the matter.

It has been found that in certain papers, the name of the victim is appearing. The concerned SHO is directed to ensure that the name of the victim is masked, and the Registry is directed to ensure the name of the victim is duly masked.
