This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the respondent will pay to the appellant a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- within six months from today in full and final satisfaction of all the claims of the appellant/plaintiff which are subject matter of the present litigation. 2.

Counsel for the appellant will give to the counsel for the respondent the bank account details of the appellant so that the respondent can directly deposit the amount in the said bank account of the appellant. 3.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order.
