% 13.02.2019 CRL.M.A. 3322/2019 (by pairokar for modification of order dt. 21.01.2019) Issue notice. The learned counsels named above accept notice for the non-applicants.

At request, the application is taken up for disposal. This application seeks modification of the order dated 21.01.2019 which granted parole to the petitioner wherein one of the conditions was that he shall report to the SHO of Police Station, Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, after every three days, during the period of parole. However, the petitioner‟s address would come under the jurisdiction of Police Station-Patherwa, District Kushi Nagar. The petitioner‟s address in Kushi Nagar has been duly verified by the police.

In the circumstances, Clause-1 of the conditions in the aforesaid order

shall read as under:- "the petitioner shall report to the SHO, Police Station, Patherwa, District Kushi Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, after every three days, during the period of parole".

Other conditions remain the same.

For the moment, other reliefs, as sought in the application, are not pressed.

The application stands disposed-off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master. A copy be also sent to the Jail Superintendent concerned through the police. NAJMI WAZIRI, J FEBRUARY 13, 2019 RW
