After hearing arguments for some time, Sh. Shivanshu Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. He, however, submits that learned Trial Court may be requested to consider the application moved by the petitioner herein under Order XXXIX Rule 4 CPC on the date already fixed i.e. 21.01.2025.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 also assures that he would also provide requisite cooperation and assistance in this regard to the learned Trial Court on said date.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed.
