The limited prayer in the present petition is to seek directions to learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), New Delhi to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner herein as expeditiously as possible.

After hearing arguments for some time, Sh. Malhotra, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the learned DRAT seeking expeditious disposal of the appeal.
