The present appeal seeks the following prayers:- "a) Summon the trial court record pertaining to the impugned judgment/decree ;

b) Set-aside the Impugned Judgment / Decree dated 23.01.2010, passed by the Ld. Trial court in Suit No.179/09; b) Pass any other further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

None appears on behalf of the appellant.

There has been no appearance on behalf of the appellant on the previous dates of hearing as well i.e. 11.12.2024, 17.12.2024, 10.02.2025, 06.05.2025 and 10.11.2025.

In these circumstances, the present appeal is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
