The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondents for the alleged wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.09.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.12230/2024.

However, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the respondents shall pass appropriate instructions to the their „customer care unit‟ so that no further auto generated calls or otherwise seeking demand of the disputed amount are made to the petitioner.
