Learned counsel for the petitioner has, at the very outset, submitted that the SLP (C) 53424/2024 filed by the respondents herein has already been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 13.12.2024. 6.

Sh. M.D. Jangra, learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner has already received a communication to take part in the interview, which is now scheduled for 23.01.2025. 7.

In view of the aforesaid, Mr. M.D. Jangra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no longer desirous of continuing with the present contempt petition as his grievance has already been taken care of.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Needless to say, in view of the above said disposal, the stay stands vacated and there would not be any impediment on the part of the respondent to publish the result of the recruitment process.
