Pursuant to the previous order dated 27.09.2024, it is submitted by Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the Competent Authority shall pass a fresh order after hearing the petitioner and four weeks‟ time is requested. 2.

Accordingly, the impugned order dated 27.05.2024 shall not be acted upon. The present contempt petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondents shall afford a fresh hearing to the petitioner and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within four weeks from today.
