Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the direction of this Court dated 20.02.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.2396/2024, stands complied inasmuch as the respondent no.1/MCD has already communicated to the petitioner through its President, Mr. Ashok Kanojiya last evening on 26.09.2024 that the day of holding weekly market has been shifted from Wednesday to every Monday. 4.
