Petitioner in person has, at the very outset, submitted that the Bar Council of India has already come up with the requisite guidelines/Circular on 15.10.2024 thereby laying criteria for minimum stipend for junior advocates associated with assisting advocates/ senior advocates in law firms.

In view of the above, since the needful has already been done by respondent No.1 i.e. Bar Council of India, the petitioner requests that the present contempt petition may be disposed of as not pressed. 3.
