The appeal has been reflected in the category of 'senior citizens' in the regular cause list since 20.4.2017.

A perusal of the order sheets reveals that none has been appearing for the appellant for the last several dates.

On 8.12.2016, counsel for the respondents was present, but none was present on behalf of the appellant. The Court was informed on the said date that an appeal related to the decree in issue in this appeal is pending in the Supreme Court and likely to be listed in the month of January, 2017.

In the interest of justice, no adverse orders are passed today. The matter shall remain on the Board.
