After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, instructed by the petitioner, who is personally present in Court, states that the petitioner has made a representation to the National Commission for Scheduled Castes ["the Commission"], with regard to the impugned order of the respondent - Punjab National Bank. He seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition unconditionally, but without prejudice to his right to pursue his complaint before the Commission. 2.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the petitioner's complaint before the Commission.
