% 09.10.2018 The petitioner has joined investigation. Since he has joined investigation, the interim order dated 16.07.2018 is confirmed. It is directed that in the event of his arrest in FIR No. 651/2017 under sections 420/468/120-B/471 IPC, Police Station-Nihal Vihar, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer concerned. The other terms and condition shall remain same as was ordered on 16.07.2018.
