O R D E R

% 07.09.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that plaintiff has stopped giving instructions to him, inasmuch is not responding to his telephone calls. He further submits that he has already informed the plaintiff in writing vide letter dated 4th September, 2015 that in case no instructions are received, he would withdraw the Vakalatnama.

Learned counsel submits that he has also informed the date of hearing to the plaintiff. Photocopy of the notice has been placed on record.

Counsel is discharged from the brief.

Since no one appears for the plaintiff, suit is dismissed in default. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
