The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.620/2017 registered under Sections 376/420/323 IPC at PS Ranhola. Status report not filed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2017. Charge-sheet has since been filed. The parties were related to each other. The prosecutrix was widow and had two children. Physical relations took place between the two several times albeit on the alleged promise to marry.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
