% 19.05.2025 RFA 661/2024 CM APPL. 25460/2025 Pursuant to what was recorded in order dated 30.04.2025, the parties have signed a formal Settlement Agreement dated 15.05.2025, which comprises the terms of their settlement. The parties seek disposal of the present appeal in terms of that settlement agreement. 2.
The parties are present in court; and they confirm the terms of the settlement.

Mr. Pradeep Malik, learned counsel appearing for the appellant prays that court-fees be also refunded to them in terms of section 16-A of the Court-fees Act, 1870.

Mr. Malik further seeks liberty to seek refund of the stamp duty paid by them for purchasing stamp-paper for the registration of the agreement to sell, which is now not required in view of the settlement between the parties.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed-of in the terms contained in Settlement Agreement dated 15.05.2025. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of that settlement. 6.
Furthermore, as prayed-for, in line with the provisions of section 16-A of the Court-Fees Act, 1860 (as applicable to Delhi), 50% of the court-fee affixed on the appeal, is directed to be refunded to the appellant.

The Registry is directed to draw-up the requisite certificate in favour of the appellant, within 04 weeks.

The appeal stands disposed-of in the above terms. 9.
