It is submitted that the Appellant has foregone all her rights, title and interest including right of Possession in the Suit Property bearing No.A39A, Inderpuri, New Delhi as per the Settlement Deed executed between her and the third party (in FIR No.0290/2025 P.S. Pahar Ganj). 3.

It is, therefore, submitted that she may be permitted to withdraw the present Appeal.

Appellant is present in person and submits that the Settlement has been arrived at without any pressure, force or coercion and endorses the terms of the Settlement.
