Further to the order dated 27.09.2024, Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"] has filed a further status report dated 29.10.2024, in which it is stated that evidence of dairy operations at property bearing H No. 13, Kh. No. 860, Mandi Village, Delhi - 10047 ["subject property"] were found during inspections conducted on 26.09.2024 and 27.09.2024. A closure notice was issued to respondent No. 3 on 26.09.2024. Further inspection was carried out by MCD on 15.10.2024 and 18.10.2024, in which no active dairy operations were found at the subject property, and the infrastructure for operating a dairy had also been dismantled by the W.P.(C) 13606/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Respondent No. 3 is personally present, and is represented by Mr. Kamal Mehta, learned counsel. Mr. Mehta states that dairy operations have been permanently ceased at the subject property, and that respondent No. 3 undertakes not to recommence dairy operations at the subject property unless permitted by MCD. Respondent No. 3 is directed to file an undertaking to this effect in Court within one week from today, and to furnish a copy thereof to learned counsel for the MCD also. 3.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon MCD and the Station House Officer of the concerned area to look into the matter, in the event any subsequent complaint is made on the same account.
