Mr. Sanjay Sharma, learned Additional Standing Counsel for NDMC, who appears on advance notice, states that the assessment order dated 05.03.2024 in respect of shop No. 30A and assessment order dated 14.06.2022 in respect of shop No. 30B, will be supplied to the petitioner through its counsel within three days from today. 3.

The rights and remedies of the petitioner in respect of the said assessment orders are reserved.
