The petitioner is invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 for directions to the respondent No.1/Delhi Development Authority ["DDA"] to debar the respondent No.2/Balaji Ram Leela Committee (Regd.) from booking the site under Clause 4 (XII) of the "Policy for Streamlining of Procedure and Fee Structure for temporary allotment of open space/ community halls of the DDA for various function" and for violation of the terms and conditions of the permission dated 27.06.2023 issued by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel for the DDA as well as learned counsel for the respondent No.2/ Balaji Ram Leela Committee (Regd.) are present on advance notice.

Having heard the learned counsels for the parties, it appears that that the petitioner is not coming before the Court with clean hands. Evidently, the site in question has been allotted to the respondent No.2/ Balaji Ram Leela Committee (Regd.) for organizing Ram Leela festivities at the site and irked with such course of action, the petitioner seeks certain adverse action against the respondent No.2/ Balaji Ram Leeal Committee (Regd.) with ulterior motives. 6.

Learned counsel for the DDA has submitted that if there was any violation by the respondent No.2/ Balaji Ram Leela Committee (Regd.) with regard to use of the ground allotted for holding Ram Leela, the DDA would take action in accordance with law. 7.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2/ Balaji Ram Leela Committee (Regd.) has vehemently challenged the maintainability of the present writ petition filed on frivolous grounds. 8.

Unhesitatingly, this Court finds that the writ petition is without any cause of action and rather raises a very trivial and stale issue, which does not merit any attention.

The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed. 10.
