O R D E R

% 01.09.2016 The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes in terms of settlement arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC). The Settlement Agreement dated 13.07.2016 has also been placed on record. In view of the aforesaid statement, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit. The learned counsel for the plaintiff also requests that the court fees be refunded since the disputes have been settled before the DHCMCC. In view of the above, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to prepare a certificate for refund of the court fee paid by the plaintiff.
