Learned counsel says that he does not wish to file a reply in view of the limited prayer sought for in the application. 3.
The prayer made in the application is that the delay in filing the FDR in terms of the order dated 22.3.2018 be condoned. 4.
According to the petitioner, the period of delay involved is 28 days.

For the reasons given in the application, the delay is condoned. 6.
I am informed by the counsel for the petitioner that the FDR is ready and that it would be filed within three days from today. The said statement is taken on record.
