This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the following reliefs:
"(i) This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 08.02.2024 in accordance with law and absorb the Petitioner as Sub-Inspector/Junior Engineer (Electrical) in BSF upon being found fit; or in alternative;
(ii) This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased call for the complete/ relevant records of the case and issue appropriate Writ commanding the Respondents to absorb the Petitioner as Sub-Inspector/Junior Engineer (Electrical) in BSF with consequential benefits; and (iii) Award cost of litigation in favour of the Petitioner."

As the limited relief sought by the petitioner is for consideration of his representation dated 08.02.2024, whereby he sought absorption as Sub-Inspector/ Junior Engineering (Electrical) in BSF, the present petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to decide the representation dated 08.02.2024 and communicate its decision to the petitioner, within eight weeks from today. 3.
In case the petitioner is aggrieved of the said decision, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
