The Petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking directions to be issued to the Respondents for compliance of the order dated 28th June, 2024 passed by Central Information Commission1. The aforenoted order directs the Respondents to give response to the Petitioner's application dated 11th November, 2023 under the Right to Information Act, 20052. 2.

Ms. Vasudha Saini, counsel for DDA, states on instructions that the response to the RTI application shall be dispatched to the Petitioner by the end of the day itself. The statement of the counsel for DDA is taken on 1 "CIC"
