The present application has been filed under Section 151 CPC on behalf of the plaintiff to withdraw the present Suit in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 15.04.2024. 2.

It is submitted in the application that pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 15.04.2024, the Defendants today through counsel have handed over the Bank Draft in the sum of Rs.60,00,000/- bearing Banker's Cheque No.386942 dated 20.03.2024 drawn on Punjab and Sind Bank.

The counsel for the plaintiff submits that in view of the settlements of their inter se disputes pertaining to which the Suit had been filed stands settled and the Suit be permitted to be withdrawn. In view of the submissions made, the Suit is permitted to be withdrawn.
